PROGRAM UPDATES FOR JANUARY
 
TRADER DIRECT: BELOW ARE ALL AVAILABLE PROGRAMS AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS – Please Read the Program descriptions below BEFORE replying
 
FOCUSED TRADE PROGRAMS: CASH FILES
Minimum CASH amount for our 5 Day Bullet at Barclays London is 500M USD/Euro (Admin or MT760)
Minimum CASH amount for our 10 Day Bullet is 100M USD/Euro (Admin or MT760 or MT103/23)
Minimum CASH amount for our 40 Week Trade is 100M USD/Euro (Admin or MT760 or MT103/23)
Minimum CASH amount for our Cash Backed Bank Instruments (MTN, BG, CD, SBLC) is 100M USD/Euro (MT760 ONLY)
1M and 10M CASH Programs available – Funds must be moved to Traders account (see below)
40 Week 100M Minimum Administrative Holds are available at the following Banks:
1.            HSBC London
2.            HSBC Hong Kong
3.            Barclays London
4.            Credit Suisse London
5.            Deutsche Bank Frankfurt
6.            Standard Chartered London
7.            Standard Chartered Hong Kong
8.      Royal Bank of Canada

Note: If the client’s funds are not located in a bank listed above, the client will need to block the funds via MT760 or MT103/23 (depending on the program and/or bank) or transfer their funds to these banks.
 
THE PROCESS:
1.            Client submit’s CIS, Passport and POF (no older than 3 days old; CIS is specific to each program)
2.            Our Bank officers speak to the client’s bank officer and confirms the agreed block and verbiage
3.            Trade contract is issued for signature and returned for countersignature
4.            Block is confirmed bank officer to bank officer
5.            Trade then starts on next available Monday
6.            Client receives returns according to the program entered and program is completed
 
Below is the exact process of each program. This is the only process available for each of these programs; please do not request alternative programs that are not listed, or request different suggestions for closing. Clients funds/asset must be lodged in a World Top 50 Bank ( http://www.bankersalmanac.com/addcon/infobank/bank-rankings.aspx ).  If you or your Client are able to submit/close according to the procedures detailed below, please email your request for the required compliance packet (each program may require a different compliance packet).
